We had a great experience with Terra Firma. The quality of their work is absolutely top notch. They really know their stuff. Travis stopped by several times after work to check on our foundation, to make sure it was not getting worse while we waited for our scheduled day. Luis J, Tony, and Gustavo M did the work and they did a fantastic job. Even better, they installed a new vapor barrier free of charge, completely unprompted. Very satisfied.

Terra Firma came out in cold conditions to level bldg slab and exterior sidewalk. Skyler the tech was great at communicating arrival times while driving in icy conditions. He was also great at communicating the process and was always friendly in answering my questions. They have professional tools and equipment to manage the work. Very satisfied and many thanks.

They use quality materials in their projects, were competitively priced, knowledgeable and gave me a credit back for work that was unncessary in the original contract. The structural and standing water issues appear to be resolved in the crawlspace, and I'm thankful for that. We had some issues with tidying up and taking care of details that required a callback, but the team did a good job with service recovery and took care of everything under warranty.

The technician Marcus that came to my home was wonderful, very polite and respectful. Showed me before and after pictures explained what was done. Would highly recommend him and the company 👌

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

They did an excellent inspection of my house with a variety of options to address my issues. The follow up was also excellent. The crew of Eddie and Spencer did a drain in my back patio and they were great! Lots of attention to detail, made sure to get the job right, gave me their number in case it didn't work as desired, and cleaned up everything as if they hadn't been there. THUMBS UP and definitely recommend.

Sadly I did not have the great experience everyone else did. The person who originally did an estimate on my project quoted a Nexus product that they would use to basically glue a crack in my porch and when the guys got there to do the project they told me this was not the purpose of Nexus and that this would not work. He told me he would talk to his supervisor and get this removed from my bill. The project could not be completed on the day they arrived because something was broken on their truck. They rescheduled, then canceled the rescheduled appt, then rescheduled again. They finally made it out to fix my porch, but I was then told that the misquoted amount would not be removed from my bill. At this point I just wanted to be done with TerraFirma, so I paid my bill when they were done. A few days later I get a text from them saying they have scheduled my project, so I replied to the text and said I was confused because my project has a.ready been completed and then they responded with an apology. Today I get a call from the main office saying there is still a balance due on my invoice, which I’m not even sure how that could be. I would never suggest this company to anyone and will never use them again.

They were very thorough in their work and Tieran (?) was able to take the time to explain what they were doing. I was quite pleased.

Since the pandemic, my experiences with contractors has been mediocre at best. They cost more and do not do as good of a job. Generally they send poorly trained or overly busy employees . So it was very refreshing to have Schylar P. with TerraFirma come out and do such great work. Imagine having a contractor show up on time, being knowledgeable, and doing the work as promised in the timeframe given.

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Will gave us great insight as to the foundation and build of our home. We were having issues with a back patio and front steps that were added to the property post build and had sunk quite a bitt.

All the folks we dealt with at TerraFirm were friendly, informative, helpful and kind. From our initial contact with Hillary to schedule appointments, to our very informative meeting with Will for the appraisal and estimate, and a very special shout-out to Schylar and Jonny, for a very cool learning experience during installation. We pestered them with questions the entire time they were here and they graciously and willingly answered them all! great crew, awesome job and a joy to spend time with.

It's clear that they only hire knowledgeable, super personality, good workers. They were quick and offered suggestions to support our barn.

Oscar and his team were on-time, professional, communicative, and efficient. The crew did an excellent job of conducting the work and maintaining an organized worksite. Oscar walked the job with me at the start and end of each day (as well as intermittently as needed) to make sure I understood issues and could participate in solutions where necessary. The crew closed-up the job site at the end of each day in a professional manner. They even had to work through a 'bomb cyclone' in a coastal environment and made it look like 'just another Thursday' - Bravo!

System Design Specialist, Kristy Young, was phenomenal to work with! She was thorough and a true professional. Kristy was able to bring plans to her team which resulted in a substantial cost savings versus competitors. Other competitors wanted us to remove main sewer line and displace our new electrical panel when in fact the wall stabilizer was able to fit behind due to it's sleek, thin carbon armor material! Kristy is beyond exceptional and I can't recommend her enough!

In short "WOW". Enough said.
Living on the coast and sand moves with the rain at times. bought 8 yrs ago garage floor was sinking to one side. Finally called TerraFirma. What they did was amazing. lifted the floor as much as 4 inches in one section. As work was going on he explained what was happening with each step as I watched curiously. The wife was very reluctant to have them come now says we should have sooner. Even the patio door at the end of the garage works correctly now too.
And something else I saw..... Customer Service is still alive and living in TerraFirma, Thank you to the TerraFirma people of Roseburg, Or. Salute to each and every one of them

My experience with the TerraFirma Company and their employees was just outstanding. They were polite, timely, took time to explain to me what they were doing and why. When they were finished, they explained everything that they had done and the results. Then they cleaned up my yard and you couldn't even tell they had been there. A big Thank You to Taylor, Lewis, and Brent and the two gentlemen that I can't remember their names. Also, the support staff at the office did a very good job of keeping me informed of the process of the necessary permits. I highly recommend this company.

Wow. Hiring TerraFirma is hands down the best decision I made in 2024.

The team I worked with at TerraFirma is world class and able to take on hard technical challenges, tight timelines, and financial constraints - and DELIVER. I trust them with the wellbeing of my kids. They saved my house (literally!)

My 100 year old house is funky and scares away 4 out of 5 contractors who will decline to bid b/c of technical challenges alone. In this case, I also had tight timelines and budget requirements that made this job just about the hardest I've heard of for a contractor to take on by 10x - and terrafirma pulled it off!

Pulling this feat off was only possible by incredible team work within the company: The install teams by Nate and Rocky were amazing and were able to spot issues and route them to engineering on the ground, Sammy and her coordination team kept me in excellent communication, and Morgan was able to come up with options that would work for my constraints, requiring creativity to pull it all together. I was impressed with how EVERY single person in this company was empowered to make decisions and judgment calls - and at each point chose to work together to find solutions. It's easy for individuals on a team to say no - far far far harder to problem solve to say yes.

Our concrete garage floor was sinking on one side. I wanted it leveled before it cracked, resulting in more costly repairs. TerraFirma successfully leveled it with their expanding polyurethane foam. The process only took a few hours.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.
