I had a positive experience with vapor barrier application to my basement walls, a draining system install that wraps around the basement walls, installation of a sump pump, foundation crack repair, sealing/ vapor barrier install in a crawlspace.

Seth did a good job analyzing my parking lot and giving me a quote.

Today, Marcus, from Terra Firma arrived to do annual service and maintenance on our sump pumps. He was very professional and also friendly. He's the first to show me videos of what is actually in the crawl space and the work he had done, and also explain the need for a new battery with next year's maintenance, which I appreciated. He unexpectedly had to do work above and beyond when my 80 pound Lab/Shepherd mix suddenly jumped into the crawl space, by helping retrieve her. Thank you, Marcus--everything well done. My 50 yr old house was beginning to slide down and sideways off the hill. Terra Firma fixed it! The warranty is for 75 years, and goes with the house, so future owners are protected. Professional hard working people. Recommend them 100%.

We are very happy with the work done by Terrafirma. The team arrived on time, and completed the work earlier than expected. There was minimal disruption to our day and kept the work area clean. Thanks to Design Specialist Dennis, Foreman Brooks, Project Coordinator Shelby and the rest of the team.

We had mold issues under our house. TF was chosen to encapsulate the crawlspace, remove insulation and put in a dehumidifier. The job was difficult due to more dirt removal required than anticipated. The field team was excellent. They worked extremely hard, were neat and very friendly. They did a terrific job in a difficult situation. TF gave us a date for the work and arrived as planned and stayed on the job until completed. They dealt with us honestly and with integrity. Very satisfied with the solution, the results and the process of working with TF.

Seth was knowledgeable, very experienced and the price was extremely reasonable. I had plenty of options to choose from. I also met with the competition and it felt like they were recruiting high schoolers to do their estimates.

TerraFirma recently completed our crawlspace encapsulation.Project went exactly as laid out. No surprises. I've been down there twice since completed and never in prior 12 years. A shout out to Sammy (Project Manager), Tim Cranley (Foreman), Spencer Hunt, Felipe Jimenez, Jorge Diaz and Robert Carmona for all their time, efforts, professionalism, attitudes, etc.. It was a job well done and the staff was great. TerraFirma also did our settling front porch at a rental property in Olympia, WA. Raised it approximately six inches. That also went just as planned.Thanks for that, too.

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Had a great experience. Bryna was my project manager and was amazing. She explained the process, the needed items to complete prior to work, and followed up once the job was completed. Casey was my installer and was highly competent and answered all of my many questions. He did a fabulous job re-leveling my back patio, which had settled since the home was built. He also leveled the walk on the side of my house and the front porch, which had also settled over the years. I am very pleased with the results and the value added back into my home.

A few days after moving into our home we noted some serious issues with our outdoor drainage.Over the course of just 2 days of rain in the Pacific NW, water was flowing into the garage and crawl space rather than away from the house.We needed an evaluation and a plan asap. Based on reviews and services available, a quick call to TerraFirma was the answer.I had an appointment within a few days. We were very pleased when Seth arrived and explained that, by the end of today’s visit we would have a detailed plan including the cost. As we walked around the entire foundation and yard Seth was open to questions and explained details of what he was noticing. Seth was also taking note of other potential issue that could be avoided with some preventive DIY care.The extensive evaluation resulted in great news. We chose TerraFirma to fix problems in our crawl space. We have a perimeter foundation with a post-and-pier system beneath the house. TerraFirma installed steel jacks where wooden posts had split. They also removed waterlogged tarps, soil, and insulation under our floor, then installed a waterproofing system that included a perimeter drain, two sump pumps, a dehumidifier, and a 120-mil encapsulation liner system. They also took care of all the coordination that was needed with an electrical contractor who had to come in and add circuits for the pumps (and do a few other things). The work took 6 long days of work by three TerraFirma crew members, each of whom were very diligent, communicated well, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. (The team was Antonio who was the foreman, plus Jonathan and Riko.) I had lots of questions during the work that each of them answered well and to my satisfaction; they clearly were all very knowledgeable (not just the foreman). Also, the project manager (Jonah) did a great job addressing the many questions I had during the weeks before the crew showed up. This wasn't cheap work, but I felt we got good value and good service and now don't have to work around (and worry about) moisture and mold problems in the crawl space. We also had another crew from TerraFirma do some concrete leveling work, and I was really impressed at how well they addressed one particularly challenging slab that needed a major lift. I am a scientific consultant and in the client-service business, so I am pretty particular in my expectations of a contractor. TerraFirma met those expectations really well; I highly recommend this firm.

Really hard workers and conscientious about treating the property as if it was their own.

I had a narrow but long concrete path that had heaved over the years and was cracked in a couple of places. Terra Firm leveled it perfectly and filled the cracks and gaps beautifully. Now I have a level path that I plan to expand with pavers on both sides. Huge cost savings, as my other option was to rip out the concrete and do a total reboot. Great people and a fair price for the work done. They were all done in one day and came back promptly to redo one gap between pads that wasn't just perfect.I highly recommend the Terra Firma experience. Bryna and Ken were a pleasure to work with.

The two man crew was polite and knowledgeable. They worked hard and finished on time. They was no damage to property and if needed they will repair the problem.

We had successfully used Terra Firma about 10 years ago, so when we had a water incursion this year in a different part of the house we naturally turned to them again. To address water coming through a wall in our daylight basement, they installed their Water Guard and Vapor Lock products, plus a sump pump system. The result looks solid and neat. Haven’t yet had a chance to test it in a downpour, but I’m very confident that if there’s an issue, TF will make it right. I know that because some of our rickety plumbing got dislodged during this process and started to leak. TF stepped up and sent 2 high-quality plumbers, and they found every issue and fixed them all. The install crew themselves were super-courteous and tidy, and they worked overtime to get the job done timely. Kudos to Antonio Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Rico Aguilar, and Jonathan Heredia.

The guys did a good job at fixing the problem with my foundation and they luckily even got me in earlier than scheduled. They are more expensive though and left a mess as far as dirt/mud all over the sidewalk. The 'inspection' guy who first came out to give me an estimate stated that it would include putting the pavers back and cleanup. I had to ask them to do that as they were leaving without doing so. They did put the pavers back, but no cleanup. They gave a 25 year warrantee on workmanship and 75 year warrantee on the products used.

TerraFirma was there when they said they would be there. Their staff are always very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to.

My pest inspector found a lot of water in my crawl space after a routine inspection. A plumber found no leaks and believed it to be ground water. TerraFirma responded to my needs promptly and ended up digging a ditch around the inside perimeter of my crawl space, inserted pipe and covered with river rock for drainage. A sump pump was installed inside to drain outside. They took such care with the drain they dug outside that when they were finished you could hardly tell where they had dug the ditch. They took such care to protect my home - especially since the crawl space access was inside my home. They protected my floors and walls very carefully and completely - even with having to bring in numerous wheelbarrows of rock. They also cleaned up both inside and outside my home so you couldn't tell anyone had worked all day to completed this large job. They did an amazing job!!! Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

A professional job was completed by the crew in Roseburg, Oregon. I was very pleased with the entire process. From the estimate to the finish, nothing but quality work. The job was quick and they made sure after the job was finished that my property was returned to the same or better condition. A very honest company. If I need additional foundation work I will definitely use them again.

Seth with TerraFirma came out to look at my problem. He wasn't able to help with my issue but was very friendly and helpful to guide me to who to call. Was on time for our meeting and gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. All in all I'm very happy with TerraFirma and Seth. Thank you!

Terra Firma does annual maintenance on our crawlspace drainage system. This year, Marcus did an especially thorough job, spent extra time inspecting and cleaning all the vital parts of our system. Highly recommended.

From making an appointment till the end of the project, we were well informed. I was a little concerned about the drilling holes on the concrete to fill the void but they are almost invisible.
