Professional all around and did a good job!

TerraFirma did a very professional job on my sidewalk. I would recommend them to my friends. I give them 5 star.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As a real estate agent having access to good contractors is vital, and his professionalism has placed TerraFirma solidly on our short list.

Jorge and his colleagues Juan and Manuel did a really great job installing a sump pump and basement perimeter water collection system in our NE Portland home. As ours is a 99-year old home, they took great care to avoid damaging any “vintage” plumbing, and the result is a significant protection against water damage. Hard working, friendly guys, and I would highly recommend them!

TerraFirma came to my house and repaired my sinking porch. They called when they were in route. Arrived and introduced themselves. Explained what they were going to be doing, asked if I had any questions. They were detailed and professional. Once they completed the work, they walked me through the results and confirmed that I was satisfied with the work. They advised that if I had any concerns, or notice any changes that seemed off, to reach out and they would come out and address the concerns. The office followed up the next day to ensure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend TerraFirma and their team! Thank you for the quality work and overall experience.

My 50 yr old house was beginning to slide down and sideways off the hill. Terra Firma fixed it! The warranty is for 75 years, and goes with the house, so future owners are protected. Professional hard working people. Recommend them 100%.

I’ve had Terra Firma out to service/check up on our sump pump system for the last few years (preventative maintenance) and they have always been extremely professional, communicative and transparent. Today Marcus came out and outdid their already great service. He was professional, thorough and explained everything to me in as much detail as I asked for. TerraFirma had sent a very nice gentleman come out to my house, his name was Seth Cunningham. He was very polite and thorough about his job. Great service. I would recommend this service.

We had a complex problem with a small section of our front sidewalk upon which our front steps rest, and in which our front gate is embedded. Over a few years, that section of sidewalk sagged down and to the side due to erosion issues, which in turn caused our steps to sag. Ken and Robert from TerraFirma did an incredible job resolving the problem. They listened and planned an approach carefully, explained the approach with its challenges and risks, and then left the decision to me. Step by step they did an amazing job resolving a complex and challenging task. They were always easy to talk to, friendly, honest, and professional.

Last winter we noticed some standing water under the house. Not serious or due to some foundation issues, just significant groundwater saturation. At the time, the sales person spent a few hours mapping out some options for us.Last week we moved ahead with the inside foundation drains and sump pump. The team were on time, the project manager was helpful in walking me through all the steps and they worked hard to mitigate any dust issues.This stuff is never going to be inexpensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and left the inside of our house like they found it. Superb service! Excellent work. We asked them to lift (if possible), support and seal our driveway to stop some puddling, along with placing a new walkway to our front door. The concrete work was very nice, beyond complaint. The driveway was a question mark to start with, but they did well. Upon leaving, they invited us to call if we needed more adjustment. We did, and found them to be immediately responsive and very pleasant. Upon leaving again, they repeated their invitation to call again. All personel overall were very pleasant and responsive. (I am not financially or personally affiliated with Terra Firma in any way!)

We had a great experience with Terra Firma. The quality of their work is absolutely top notch. They really know their stuff. Travis stopped by several times after work to check on our foundation, to make sure it was not getting worse while we waited for our scheduled day. Luis J, Tony, and Gustavo M did the work and they did a fantastic job. Even better, they installed a new vapor barrier free of charge, completely unprompted. Very satisfied.

Terra Firma was on time and courteous and finished their work under my house in one day. Now my floors don't squeak and I have confidence in the supports under the house...great!

Seth was helpful and informative. He was able to come evaluate the project right away and provide solutions to the issues.

Long lead time - about 9-weeks. They filled voids under our front walk, raised a sunken portion of our garage, and filled several cracks. Time will tell if these hold up. The cost was about double local "mudjacking" services, but the TerraFirma foam method seems more promising. But -- they do NOT guarantee the work will last. So perhaps they should consider a name change to "TerraFirmer"?

We had an excellent experience with TF earlier this summer. Morgan spent many hours at our house evaluating our foundation, clearly explaining our options, and checking up on the crew once work commenced. Foreman Luis and his team (Tony M & Gustavo) were professional and efficient, and kept things on track. Thanks also to Heather for coordinating the whole operation. We are pleased with the outcome and look forward to a dry basement!

Seth from TerraFirma did a great job in measuring and providing the estimate for our house. He was very patient in walking us through different scenarios and introducing the tech specs of the proposed solution options. Super helpful for us.

Jason has been here for the third year in a row and has done an excellent job on my crawl space. This time because of the ice out over four days in December 2023, he said it would be a good idea to replace the battery. I went ahead and did it just to be safe. I am glad there are people who can go down in that crawl space and check everything once a year. He eve manages the wolf spiders.

Edit review: I have used this company in the past and will do so in the future. I had a poor experience with scheduling (largely attributed to the Microsoft outage) and a surprise quote adjustment on the day of install.However, after working with the management team, a remedy and resolution was reached that left me feeling this was an unfortunate exception to their general high-quality service and standards.4/5 stars due to some bumps in the road but they ultimately made it right.
