This is my second project with Terra Firma on my home and once again they sent an excellent team with problem solving chops and attention to detail, as well as cleanup at the end of the job.

My home was a challenge, being built in 1925, and realizing that waterproofing and home jacks weren't enough to fix the problem. Two people made made my experience with having several visits to update/fix issues that needed updates. 1. Nikki in customer service/planning. She was also friendly, responsive, and kind. 2. Gene who is on of the lead foreman/specialists. Had him come out again today and he helped realize there was some work that needed to be adjusted, that had been hindering my sump pump. Also helped me fix a few little adjustments that the planted supports created. While this is a pricey/time adverse process...it allows you piece of mind and is transferable at sale, and gives you a warranty. I also signed up for the yearly sump pump check for 10 years.

This is our 2nd time to use Terra Firma and we can't recommend them highly enough. They had lifted our sunken front porch and driveway a few years ago. So when we were having bad odors and mice infestation in our crawl space we didn't hesitate to call Terra Firma. They sent the best design specialist Derek Ryan and the best crew ever to encapsulate it! Such hard-working, professional, respectful young men. Foreman Luis kept us informed and answered all questions. Actually all of them could knowledgeably answer our questions. It took them all week and Brad, Jorge and Jose. They worked their tails off! We couldn't be more pleased.

Terra Firma Crew did an excellent job on our home. Very hard working crew which included Luis, Jairo, Fernando and Katie. Terra Firma just completed a crawlspace encapsulation at my house in West Linn, big project including removal/replacement of vapor barrier, gravel lined perimeter drainage and sump pump, dehumidifier, insulation, and sealing all vents. My crawlspace is now basically another room in my house, it’s beautiful; no further moisture issues and rodents are gone. I’ve read a lot about this process; TFFS was up on all the research and the work was fantastic. Crew was great and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend Terra Firma.

From the start these folks are professional. On time. Good communicating. Considerate of us, and our house and pets. They explained what they were doing, kept us up to date with the work, any changes. They left the area very neat and the work done looked as good as we expected. Worth every penny! They stand by their work. Definitely will call again if needed.

I had a great experience working with Samuel Bryant. Sam arrived on time and communicated clearly ahead of the inspection, coordinating well with both me and my tenant. He performed a thorough inspection of our basement sump pump, took the time to explain everything clearly, and provided detailed recommendations based on our specific situation. What stood out most was how responsive and patient he was with all of my questions. I really appreciated Sam’s excellent service, and I would highly recommend working with him.

Subject: 1956 3,000 SW Portland daylight basement Project A: New basement level egress #1 double french door install, plus upgrade existing bearing wall with Smart Jack products, plus 3 foundation crack patches. Project B: New basement level egress #2 4' X 4' window & Rockwall window box install creating 4th bedroom making use of existing square footage. From initial sales contact and solution/scope discussions; to the engineering & permitting team; to the foundation repair, concrete cutting & rough frame-in; and finally the door install. Considering price and quality, I could not have been happier. After my experience with the door project, I inquired about a new window install that I hadn't previously considered a structural & financial option.
