These folks are WORTH the call and having them out! Seth, specifically, was amazing at scope, plan and presentation. He was so knowledge and really took into account all of the needs of the house structurally and visually. He was extremely professional in house and on the phone. Nothing was over sold or up sold, and every concern I had was listened to and taken into account. Every detail was in the bid neatly and nothing was out of place. If you've got a basement or crawlspace project, this is as professional as it gets. I will DEFINITELY be keeping this company in mind for future projects and for friends and family. Call. The Crew was great to work with, Region Supervisor did a great job, The lady on the phone was knowledgeable on the job process and has great communication style. The job turned out just has they described, we had our crawl space waterproof.

We reached out to a few local companies before deciding to go with TerraFirma for our basement waterproofing. Their solution was straightforward, well explained and competitively priced.

We had a sump pump installed along with a waterproof membrane and dry track along the walls. Their team found a way to put the sump pump under the stairs so it was accessible but out of the way.

I had a few concerns that I brought to their attention after the project was finished. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. I appreciate that they really stood by their work.

Since the waterproofing was finished we had torrential rain (that previously would have left standing water) and our basement remained bone dry. The peace of mind has definitely been worth it.

Seth from TerraFirma came out to my house to inspect my basement, which is starting to show signs of water encroachment. I had no idea what to do. He did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, and then we talked. He walked me through several options to address the issue, explaining in a way I could understand, and being very receptive and responsive to my questions. He was very professional and courteous. Seth promptly sent me the quotes for the three options we had for the basement, and made sure to be tidy as he headed out!

I love TerraFirma. We had a new foundation with a sump pump and dehumidifier four years ago. First, it is so great having a dry basement! Each year, TerraFirma sends someone to check the sump pump and the dehumidifier. Jeff did the inspection last year and this year. He showed me what he was doing, documented with pictures, answered my questions and showed up on time! This has been my experience with every interaction I have had from the beginning of the project to the follow-up.

I had a consultation with Riley for some water damage in my basement. He was courteous (took his shoes off before coming in the house), informing and on time. It seems like this team has great communication and I will use them in the future should the need arise! My issue was a smaller drainage problem and door framing issue that needs to be addressed by a different specialty.
