The homeowners of a 1935 Portland, Oregon home noticed troubling signs of water intrusion on the west side of their house and wanted to prevent potential water damage. To address their concerns, they reached out to TerraFirma for a professional solution.

Our System Design Specialist, Jacob Iltis, conducted a thorough evaluation of the home. He identified significant water intrusion along the west and north walls of the basement, with the most severe issues near the west window. To address this, Jacob recommended the installation of an egress window on the west wall.

With the plan in place, Foreman Bryon Huaraque and his team got to work. They successfully installed the egress window, taking care to ensure that the basement would remain dry and fully functional. The homeowners can now enjoy peace of mind knowing their home is protected from water damage.
