Terra Firma was on time and courteous and finished their work under my house in one day. Now my floors don't squeak and I have confidence in the supports under the house...great!

The two man crew was polite and knowledgeable. They worked hard and finished on time. They was no damage to property and if needed they will repair the problem.

Today, Marcus, from Terra Firma arrived to do annual service and maintenance on our sump pumps. He was very professional and also friendly. He's the first to show me videos of what is actually in the crawl space and the work he had done, and also explain the need for a new battery with next year's maintenance, which I appreciated. He unexpectedly had to do work above and beyond when my 80 pound Lab/Shepherd mix suddenly jumped into the crawl space, by helping retrieve her. Thank you, Marcus--everything well done. Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

Had a great experience with Terra firma Mark Spandler was the tech I worked with he explained all the details on the foundation of my home he was very helpful. . I would highly recommend him for service.

The guys did a good job at fixing the problem with my foundation and they luckily even got me in earlier than scheduled. They are more expensive though and left a mess as far as dirt/mud all over the sidewalk. The 'inspection' guy who first came out to give me an estimate stated that it would include putting the pavers back and cleanup. I had to ask them to do that as they were leaving without doing so. They did put the pavers back, but no cleanup. They gave a 25 year warrantee on workmanship and 75 year warrantee on the products used.

My encounters with TerraFirma have been great so far. During an initial "inspection"/quote for a few potential projects, they mentioned how their company had been born out of a desire to provide exceptional customer service where other companies in the field were not, and I feel it really shows. The information I was provided was well-explained and never felt like a sales pitch - simply information presented to allow me to make the decisions I needed to. It also came from someone who seemed like they had hands-on experience in the work, not just a representative in a uniform. I also received no "pestering" beyond this appointment, which I appreciated - I get that follow-up is a way that business try to hook new work, but the company I'd gotten a quote from two years prior still calls and emails me to this day, which gets annoying. That same company had also quoted me a price quite a bit higher for the same work, so despite someone commenting to me that TerraFirma was "the pricier option," their offer was a fantastic deal to me.I went ahead with scheduling the first project, crawlspace drainage and sump pump installation. The work was done well and cleanly, and communication throughout and after was great. I definitely plan to contact them again when I'm ready to tackle some higher-cost projects, and feel I don't need to bother with quotes from anyone else to know I'll be getting great work for a competitive price.

We just wrapped up work with TerraFirma and have had a good experience working with them with regard to cost, professionalism, and follow-through on what's been communicated. First, their quote beat all others we received for the work we needed to do to shore up our home's foundation. Second, they were professional and effective in troubleshooting a few minor obstacles as the work date approached (Jonah T was the point of contact for us at TF). Third, they were professional and communicated clearly during the project, with both Oscar C and Tyler S managing communication with us and their crew and completing the work just as described. Fourth, the crew was just the right amount friendly and very professionally focused on the the work—appreciations for Arturo, Eddie R, Oscar G, and Augie. Fifth, the job cost almost exactly what TF originally quoted. And finally, they've been great about closing the job and responding to questions as we wrapped everything up. We would recommend working with TerraFirma for foundations issues. This company's good reputation is well warranted, in our experience. Thanks, TerraFirma!

Very professional organization. It was from the estimate process to completion. If anyone has a concrete leveling project I recommend this company 100%.

Had a great experience. Bryna was my project manager and was amazing. She explained the process, the needed items to complete prior to work, and followed up once the job was completed. Casey was my installer and was highly competent and answered all of my many questions. He did a fabulous job re-leveling my back patio, which had settled since the home was built. He also leveled the walk on the side of my house and the front porch, which had also settled over the years. I am very pleased with the results and the value added back into my home.

I called these guys getting bid’s on a a job. They’re initial inspector, Seth was very comprehensive, friendly and professional. Also the jack’s they use have a 75 year guarantee

Marcus was here today doing the annual inspection. Best inspection we’ve had. Best inspector we’ve had, although all of them are good people. Fixed what was needed, cleaned filter on dehumidifier and cleaned sump pump. This gives us a secure feeling that everything is right. Thanks Marcus.

We all know home improvement is stressful. Seth from TerraFirma really helped out. He communicated along the way, called to let me know he would be arriving shortly, and just had the super calming energy to himself. That was helpful cuz dang, I'm intense, I admit it. I didnt even hire these guys. Im a plumber who came through to fix a repair they found after they redid a crawl space, and they did such a good job i had to come leave a review. Cleanest and most comfortable belly crawl ive ever experienced. The white barrier they use is padded enough i didnt even need my knee pads, and it looks a thousand times better than black visqueen. They even left a little tote under a leak they found so it wasnt wet for me or their new work when i came to fix it. 10/10

one guy did all the work himself. I thought there would be a crew. it is a large driveway. He was a very hard worker and did an excellent job. The work was great but it sure costs a lot.

Seth came out to bid a project, replacing old wooden posts with steel. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He took his time making sure not to miss any details, which I really appreciated. Can't wait to get the work completed!

Everything was awesome. From the day they came promptly for the bid, they measured outside & under the house, answered our many questions to the day they came and did the job in less than one day - just as promised!Everything was awesome!

Obviously this is a major expense and something no one wants to sea with. However, since we had to do it, I’m so glad we found Terra Firma. The entire team was great to work with. The initial consultation was no pressure and very informative. The project coordinator was an excellent communicator and seamlessly coordinated permits and scheduling. The team was very kind and professional. The care they took to restore the dig areas back to their original state was very representative of their work ethic. We joked after that our garage had never been so clean. I also appreciated the way they explained the system used and even pointed out some siding that was bad so we wouldn’t be caught by surprise later. They were really great. I recommended them to my Mom, which I wouldn’t do if I wasn’t confident they would treat her well.

TerraFirma did a great job lifting a portion of my driveway that was sagging. They evened out the sagging section without cracking it. Repair is virtually invisible. They also did a great job of sealing the joints afterwards.

They did a very professional job.when there was a small problem a month later they returned and set it right at no additional charge. Punctual, Professional and Prompt.

We had mold issues under our house. TF was chosen to encapsulate the crawlspace, remove insulation and put in a dehumidifier. The job was difficult due to more dirt removal required than anticipated. The field team was excellent. They worked extremely hard, were neat and very friendly. They did a terrific job in a difficult situation. TF gave us a date for the work and arrived as planned and stayed on the job until completed. They dealt with us honestly and with integrity. Very satisfied with the solution, the results and the process of working with TF.

We had the pleasure of meeting Marcus, who came to our home for the annual service call to inspect the sump pump & vapor barrier wall system. Marcus got right to work and was very thorough as he went through the process and cleaned the pump. He was very professional, polite, and also very positive - he spoke very highly of the company and its work culture. He shared that he is newer with the company but seemed very knowledgeable. We're happy to know both systems are in good working order. Marcus represents Terra Firma well!

Seth visited our home to give us a quote on seismic retrofitting. He was on time (and made sure to call when he was heading our way), did a thorough assessment of our home, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the assessment, Seth patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the available retrofitting options and what best suited our home. The final proposal was easy to understand; it clearly outlined the work to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much various options would cost. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
