The entire process – from application to cleanup – was complete in under 4 hours.

1. Drill Holes

Small holes (typically 5/8-inch) are drilled strategically into the sunken concrete slab. Special injection ports are inserted in these holes, allowing foam injection under the slabs.

2. Inject PolyLevel®

PolyLevel®, our high-density, expanding polyurethane foam is injected under the slab through the ports. The foam fills voids and lifts the slab back to its original level.

3. Patch with Cement

After about 15-30 minutes, the PolyLevel® foam has expanded and cured. The injection ports are removed, and the holes are patched with cement.

4. Seal Sidewalk with SealantPro®

We added a protective barrier over the concrete, to help it stand up against pitting, flaking, and cracking. This homeower chose SealantPro® to help extend the life of the sidewalk and maintain long term curb appeal.
