Josh did a thorough inspection, was friendly and knowledgeable. He fully understood my situation and made a bid based on my needs. We really appreciated the courtesy on our scheduling phone call, the check ins by Josh before he came out to our home and his punctuality on the day of inspection. We felt very comfortable with the plan that Josh had designed and were confident that this was the solution that would improve our basement and make it a livable space. Very happy with the results. 

Living in the northwest means you are going to get rain. In theory it is supposed to stay on the outside of your house. We have developed a nice little lake in our basement. Whenever it rains the basement floods a little, so we have to keep all our storage off the ground. We don't have to worry about that anymore. TerraFirma took care of my flooded basement with some drainage devises and most importantly a sump pump. Ryan was sincere and knowledgeable. We had a very enjoyable experience working with him and we thought he did an amazing job with developing our project. Ryan was with us from the start to the finish. He answered questions, made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening, and even followed up post completion. GREAT work from everyone at TerraFirma.

I noticed the symptoms of the problem first because the average heating and cooling bills were increasing. I spoke with a few friends about the problem and they were the ones that had mention your name and the possible problem. Apparently crawlspace encapsulation is a common project in my neighborhood. Chris was very courteous. He respected my time, my money, and at the end of the day I felt like he gave me the best possible comprehensive solution for my problem. They were working under the house the whole time so I hardly noticed they were even there. Three days later they were gone with the wind. Chris was great about following up with me after the project to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results and all my questions had been answered. I couldn't be happier with my decision to select your company's services. 

I was treated good throughout our experience with TerraFirma. The call center, design specialist and installation crews were all very polite. We appreciated Tim Cook's knowledge, the thoroughness of his inspection, the detailed information he shared, and his friendly, clear communication skills. I would highly recommend giving TerraFirma a call for all waterproofing projects. My experience was an "A+".

I appreciated receiving the booklets on foundations and crawl space.  They made me very confident that TERRAFIRMA was the best company to meet my crawl space needs. All the office staff very courteous, positive and helpful.  Angie, for example helped me with a question on billing. I went under the house with Josh and he showed me roots that had invaded under the foundation and posts that had sunk. He is very knowledgeable and his sales presentation was detailed and clear. He is a very friendly person and a superb representative of the company. Nate (foreman), Nick and Justin were as hard working a crew as I've ever seen.  Nate explained what he was doing at every step of the way and welcomed my many questions. The reason we chose TerraFirma was because of the ratings Angie's List and reading the description of what the company does.

First off I wanted to thank you (Bree) and Josh and his crew for all your hard work. I’m very pleased with how the project turned out. I chose Terrafirma over other companies because of the price and timing. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.

Josh Anderson was very professional, courteous and friendly. Not only was the crew on time, they were actually early! and very friendly as well. I highly recommend Terra Firma. Currently I don not know of anyone with crummy crawl spaces and/or water problems. When I do hear of someone with any of those problems I will DEFINITELY tell them to call Terra Firma!

The call center was very polite. Belinda was able to schedule my free appointment at my own convenience about a week out. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and professional. Brian did a great job explaining everything. He made things very clear and understandable. 

The installation crew was courteous and arrived on time. They did a satisfactory job on clean up at the end of the job.

When we saw your ad on TV we thought we'd better call and schedule a free appointment. All the office staff was very nice and helpful. Josh was very thorough explaining the work that we needed done and the book that we received was also very helpful. The men that did the job started on time and they were all very nice young men. Everything was very good!

Deryl did a fantastic job inspecting and presenting me with a great drainage solution for under my home. The area that needed improved drainage is difficult to access. Deryl was able to help us with that too. We really appreciate that we were given a proposal at the time of inspection. For friends and family with similar home projects/goals, I will be recommending your services.
